Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm payment by email. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Products are produced in fixed, limited runs and are not restocked. Stock is allocated at the moment payment completes; adding an item to your bag does not reserve it.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. Card payments are processed by Square; we do not receive or store your full card number. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supply. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Our returns and exchange terms are set out in our returns policy and form part of these terms. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.

All designs, graphics, photography, and the NODH name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the state and federal courts located in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction.
