Privacy Policy

When you order:your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if given, and what you bought. Your card details are entered directly into Square's hosted fields — they are never sent to or stored on our servers. We retain only the card brand and last four digits so you can identify the payment.

When you subscribe: your email address, and the fact you opted in.

When you browse: pages viewed, a randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser for the session only, the referring site, approximate country, and device type. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

To take and fulfil your order, to provide customer support, to send order and shipping notifications, to send marketing only where you have opted in, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Square processes payments. Supabase hosts our database. Vercel hosts the site. GoHighLevel handles order and marketing messaging. Carriers receive the address needed to deliver your order. We do not sell personal information.

Order records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics events are retained for 24 months.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including under the CCPA. Contact hello@nodh.life and we will respond within the period the law requires.

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
